This AC charger is a newly developed floor type three phase AC charger  It is used in the commercial area, residential districts and high-grade communities where three phase currency is available. It is applicable for all the new energy EVs equipped with three phase OBC, such as LEADING IDEAL, NIO etc. It is small ,light and with elegant appearance. It covers only a very limited space. The single charging gun with special default output capacity can reach max. 42KW, which is mainly applicable for BYT E6 electric vehicles. Meanwhile, output capacity 11KW and 22KW are also optional. It has perfect protection functions, such as leakage protection, lightening protection, over current warning and protection, over/under voltage protection, emergency stop etc.

It has reliable electricity safety protection function, anti burglar, anti dust and waterproof. With level of protection IP65, it runs stably and has great outdoor performance for a long term.

This AC charger puts all the required functions in one body, such as charging function, human-machine operation, safety protection. The system structure is simple, so it runs reliably and is convenient for production.

The whole charger has reasonable layout and occupies only limited room. It is very suitable for inch land inch gold places.
 

5. Connection confirmation:

Our AC chargers can judge intelligently whether the charging interfaces have been joint correctly. Only when the connection is properly done, can the charging interface output currency. In case of any abnormal disconnection, the AC charger will stop outputting currency, to ensure the safety of the user and the whole charging process.
 

6. Multiple protections:

This AC charger has over voltage, under voltage and over load protection functions. When the charging voltage is over/under the default voltage, the whole charger will stop charging immediately, to ensure the safety of the user and the charging equipment. When the charging currency is over the default currency, there will be warning signal and the power supply will be cut off right away.

Inside the charger there is printed circuit board. All the electric circuits are moisture proof, mildew proof and salt fog, so the charger can adapt the server outdoor environment which may be humid and salt fog. All the accessories , the shell and the iron shelf exposed outside adopt double layer anti-rust treatment. All the non-iron metal shells either have anti-oxidation protection films or have been anti-oxidized.

Yes, we have both AC charger testing lines and DC charger testing lines. For each charging pile, we have 100% test during production and double test before shipping with professional testing instruments.

Q7. What is your warranty term? 
We provide 1 year warranty for the whole charging pile.

Q8. How about your delivery time? 
Normally 30 days after receiving the deposit.

Q9. What is your packing method?
For wall mounted chargers and upright post charging piles, we use thick plastic bag+styrofoam box+ carton;
For floor type chargers, the power module and charger body are packed separately with bubble film+pearl cotton+wooden box+standard wood base.

Q10. What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit before producing, and 70% balance before shipment, both by T/T.

Yes, we provide all the spare parts to our ev chargers.
